Emaus Community is created by homeless and unemployed people. For them it is a place where they can set their goals, overcome addictions, come back to life in society. They run a place where you can donate your spare or unwanted belongings as well as find all sorts of used and repaired things. It is one of the biggest second-hand shops in Krakow. There is restored furniture here, fixed electronic equipment, repaired TV sets, radios from the previous century, lamps and other decorative elements for the interior. On the first floor there is a storeroom with second-hand clothes, books and various kinds of knickknacks. Most of the Emaus clients are local residents of Nowa Huta, but also those searching for unique, old things. If you have anything that is not necessary for you but could be valuable for somebody else, please donate it here. If you have a bigger amount of such things, ask Emaus for transport.
